Classification of Chocolate

In collaboration with an industry partner, we have access to a number of images of chocolate aged for various lengths. The images are labelled with various human evaluated attributes, such as quality, bloom level, color etc. The project is an experiment to investigate how well an machine learning algorithm can approximate the chocolate using only the images as input.
